License Verification
We verify ever candidate’s licensure through state licensing authorities. We confirm that it is active, up-to-date and does not carry any restrictions.

Criminal Background Check
MAS conducts state and nationwide criminal background checks on all per diem and travel employees. This includes social security number verification, felony and sex offender reports.

Candidates who have passed our vetting process and who match up with current client needs are scheduled for interviews with the facility. MAS coordinates the interviews for you, solicits feedback after the interview is complete and offers support to help you make the best hiring decisions.

We take a consultative role in the negotiation of salary between our clients and candidates. We’re positioned to offer salary and benefit comparisons throughout all markets.
